You agree to pay the transaction amount through your issuing bank, using the payment method provided, and authorize SkinandRoses to process the payment.

No Hidden Fees

There are no hidden charges on any of your purchases at SkinandRoses. We do not impose any additional fees for shipping or handling. All taxes and fees, including government taxes applicable to any discounts or offers, are included in the final price, and we cover these costs on your behalf.

How Your Electronic Payments Are Processed

  1. Credit/Debit Card Payments:

    Payments made using valid credit/debit cards are processed through a secure payment gateway. These transactions are subject to the terms and conditions between you and your issuing bank or payment service provider.

    SkinandRoses does not store your card information; it is handled securely by the payment gateway provider.

  2. Online Bank Transfers:

    Payments via online bank transfers from valid bank accounts are processed through the gateway provided by your issuing bank. These transactions are also governed by the terms agreed between you and your bank.

Please note that while we strive for seamless processing, we are not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues that may occur due to the payment service providers or banks involved.

At SkinandRoses, we’re committed to providing you with premium beauty and cosmetic products that make you look and feel your best. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a structured return and refund process—please read the following terms carefully.

Time Frame for Return

You can initiate a return request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, return requests cannot be processed after the 7-day window.

What’s Eligible for Return?

The following reasons qualify for a return request:

  1. Defective Product

    If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, or is leaking, broken, or defective, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the affected item(s)

  2. Incorrect Product

    If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong shade, variant, or product), you can raise a return request.

What’s NOT Eligible for Return?

The following situations are not eligible for returns:

  1. Opned or Used Products

    Products that have been opened, used, or tested—even once—cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

  2. Change of mind

    We do not accept returns for reasons like personal dislike of the fragrance, texture, color, or results, once the product has been opened.

How to Initiate a Return Request?

To raise a return request, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Take Clear Photos
    • Capture 2-3 clear photographs of the item in question. Ensure the following:
      • 1-2 images showing the entire product.
      • 1–2 close-ups of the issue/damage
    • The image file size should not exceed 5 MB.
  2. Submit a Return Request
    • Log in to your account and go to the My Orders section in your ‘My Account’ page.
    • Click ‘Return this item’ next to the product you wish to return.
    • Select the Reason for the return and upload the supporting images.
    • Add any comments in the dialog box and submit your return request.
  3. Evaluation and Pickup
    • Once we receive your request and images, our Resolution Team will reach out within 24 hours to evaluate your request.
    • Based on the Resolution Team’s evaluation, we will provide a resolution. If a return is approved, the product will be scheduled for pickup.
  4. Product Pickup
    • The product will be picked up by our logistics partner from the original shipping address.
    • Pickup will occur within 72 hours of initiating the return request.
    • Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, along with the user manual, warranty slip, and any other accessories to ensure smooth processing.

Refund Policy

At SkinandRoses, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return a product or request a refund, please review the following guidelines regarding the refund process.

Mode of Refund Payment

Once a order is successfully cancelled and collected from the delivery location, we will initiate the refund based on your preferred mode of payment.

You have the option to receive your refund in one of the following ways:

  • Original Mode of Payment: Refunds will be processed back to your credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet used at checkout.

  • For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via NEFT to your bank account. Our team will contact you for bank details.

Refund Timelines

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Below are the estimated timelines based on your selected mode of refund:

  • Online Payments: Within 4–5 business days after approval.

  • NEFT Transfers: Within 7–10 business days after bank details are shared.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. 
  • Delivery Time: Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the nature of the products. Typically, delivery takes between 7 to 15 business days from the dispatch date. In some cases, delivery might take longer due to factors such as weather conditions, local holidays, or shipping delays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery for most orders within India on the first delivery attempt.
  • Additional Charges: If there is a missed delivery or if you request a specific delivery time or weekend delivery, additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer support for details on any extra costs.

Delivery Locations:

  • We deliver to most cities and towns across India. If your location is outside of our standard delivery areas, our team will reach out to you to confirm delivery feasibility.

Packaging:

  • We take extra care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our furniture is carefully packed to protect it during transit.
  • In the case of fragile or delicate items, extra protective packaging is used.

Failed Delivery:

  • In the event that the delivery is missed (for any reason) during the scheduled time, we may charge a re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts. It is important to coordinate with our team to ensure the delivery goes smoothly.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India. For international orders, please contact our customer service team to inquire about possible shipping options.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will guide you through the returns and replacements process based on the nature of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order or a part of it. Our cancellation policy is designed to make this process as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines:

Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

  • You can cancel items in your order directly from the “My Orders” section of your account.
  • To cancel, click “Cancel” within 24 hours of order confirmation or before the product is shipped—whichever happens first.
  • A 2% (two percent) cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing costs.

Order Cancellation After Shipment or Delivery:

  • If you wish to cancel your order after shipment or delivery, a 5% (five percent) cancellation fee of the total paid value will be charged.
  • The cancellation request will be subject to evaluation by our Resolution Team to determine eligibility.

How to Initiate a Cancellation Request:

  1. Log in to your Account: Go to the “My Orders” section in your SkinandRoses account.
  2. Cancel Items: Click on the ‘Cancel Item’ button next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
  3. Refund Policy: Please review our Refund Policy to understand the process, timelines, and conditions related to your refund after cancellation.
